I just read, though I can't testify to the fact, that the current admin has only 8% of people who have private experience. The list compared presdients since Wilson I believe. No other hit the single digits.

And this is the administration that has taken over or tried to force private corporations to behave as the admin sees fit.

Wilson is my least favorite ex president.  He totally sucked as a leader.  He threw blacks out of office to re-introduce segregation into government office again.   He threw people in prison for speaking out against his administration.  He did many many thinks the history folks in public school or college never bothered to mention.   It is a shame that we aren't taught our real history, instead of the history that is PC for the politican's to have us at an education level they can control.  IE race, class and a few others.

It is so sad that men/and some women  of this nation can't find the balls to be a leader of our nation and be a good decent human at the same time.
 Is it really that hard to resist temptation or are politican's that far in the dark and we enable them all the more? 

Does that make them worse or us?

I'll resist the temptations to talk bad about american people. With the advent of computers came the temptation for government to micro manage a more perfect world. All government since the beginning of time has had a desire, but lacked the ability, to micro manage. The people want "better" government, and thegovernment "thinks" that by micro managing they can achieve "better" government. On some levels that may be true, and on some levels that destroys society. With todays society, and modern technology, who in their right mind would want to be a leader of people who spew the things you see on the net and in the media? everything you've ever done or said is fair game nowadays, and personal destruction is merely rudimentary business as usual. UNLESS YOU LIVED A SQUEAKY CLEAN, SHELTERED, OR HERMIT LIFE, YOU CAN BELIEVE THAT EVERYTHING YOU'VE EVER SAID, DONE, OR WRITTEN WILL BE HELD AGAINST YOU. There are many great American's out there, I know quite a few personally. 
Decent as in an honest, forth right, common, not afraid of hard work, having morals and principles that won't be moved. 

They are out there, they just don't want to run for public office.

With the entitlements people feel they should have as rights now in our world it will be hard to bring it all under control.

It seems a shame that a nation that used to be filled with a majority of of decent people has been corrupted with all temptations into what we have surrounding us today.
Instead of valuing God, we value that nice house, nice care or any other nice gadget you want to name.  WE worship things more then we worship our God.  There was a time when that was not so.  Neighbor went and checked on their neighbors, now they expect the government to do those people things for them.  Many have strayed so far from where they should be.  It shows in the wavering path of our Nation the past decade or so.   We don't follow the light in the night anymore so how could we ever expect to achieve anything of worth now?

This Nation that was built on freedom given from the creator, yes it needed tweaked.  There are admendments that should have been there in the beginning, but growing pains are a must for anything to suceed.

It is like Beck said we focus on our scars instead of moving past them, never forgetting them for we don't which to repeat them, to achieve what so many have scarificed for.

Dam idealism. the way things are , and the way things ought to be, are so far from each other that it would be impossible to reconnect, all we can do is take a baby step in the idealist direction. Everybody has their own opinion of things, so you can never make everybody happy. Weiner wants "weiners world", which flys in the face of "joe blows world". Idealism is the most frustrating of pursuits because you'll never ever get there. BUT IT MAKES GOOD RADIO I GUESS.

Weiner, Glenn Beck is just another "conservative republican idealist". But with a populist bent that most thinking people should reject because "populism" isn't even a party anymore , and for good reason. Nobody can tell you what you want to hear ike a populist.
In Principal, a conservative is supposed to be opposed to change and keep the status quo,  and effect change with laws instead of the voting booth, a republican is about the rule of law rather than the rule of the majority democracy, and idealist reject the status quo whatever it is unless it meets their ideal. An idealist can never be happy because their ideal will never be realized.

In principal, a liberal is a person who wants change and believes in the rule of the majority, rather than the rule of law, and they expect change to happen as the will of the majority. So by definition, a conservative wants to maintain the status qou, a republican wants to use laws to change society, and an idealist wants the result to be ideal. By the same token, liberals demand change, believe that the will of the majority should prevail, and and isn't concerned with idealism because it can never be achieved, so they accept reality and try to change their world at the voting booth, sans the law.
POPULIST IDEALIST are almost always conservative republicans who like to critize the status qou while espousing ideals that are only possible in ones dreams. There is a big gap between the way things are and the way things ought to be- conservative idealists call that hell. But even in heaven a conservative idealists won't be happy if it doesn't meet the conservative idealists ideal. A liberal could be happy in heaven because they have no ideal. Any improvment would be welcome. Idealists can adroitly point out all the flaws in society, and espouse unattainable ideals. But it has nothing to do with reality- the space between what is and what should be. Hell.

I wasn't the only one at that 8/28 rally I have a half a million or more around me.  There are many who wish to get passed all these material things they want you to buy so your life can be easier, and they can track you and know what you buy what your dirty pleasures are.  You don't think they are keeping all that info on each and every one of us?
Take a look at all the tracking cookies your computer has in it.
If you have a cell phone they all have a GPS locator's in them now.
They can put chips in clothes and you pay for it with your bank card and now when that piece of clothing moves they know where you are and what you are wearing.  Great isn't it.
Pa has biometrics on our drivers lis.  so your face can be tracked as well.

If anyone has ever read Revelations and can't see the line between these baby steps to what is needed for that well I guess there is a reason the Bible say that "Those that have eyes will see and have ears will hear."  The rest walk around blind and deaf because the follow the gadgets, the material life.
