Its not the liberals that want cameras everywhere. Rich people want cameras where they cant put up gates and lock common people out. You have to ask why its ok to film me doing something aganst the law but its not ok to do the same to a cop. As dr. phil would say "people who have nothing to hide...hide nothing" What are they afraid of, camera guns?

Why do you imply that rich people can not be liberal?

I call them like i see them. Rich people have one thing in mind, keeping their money at all cost. Look at how our government votes. Case in point, the small business loan bill was voted down by republicans. Agree or disagree with the bill the republicans sent a message to small business owners that they don't have the support of the right wing even after big banks and wall street was bailed out by the bush administration. Now don't get me wrong, i don't support any bailout by the government but to give the rich money then complain about middle class or small business taking loans from the government is hypocritical as it gets. You have to remember its an election year and the gloves are off. I noticed nobody came forward with the case i asked about concerning the 4Th amendment.....give up???

I rarely agree with beefy, but at least he usually disagrees without attacking.  I don't consider yours an attack, just humorous, but others tend to believe that if your opinion differs, you not only see things differently but you also have no right to a voice.
Fear not as even his fake piss could not taint my pool. I do not attack as i believe that everyone is entitled to their opinion, its what America's all about.

Wait under the Bush Admin it was a Dem congress when that bill was passed.  How can the Repub block something from passing if they don't have the majority?  If the dems really want it passed then no one but themselves can stand in their way, correct?
I am quite sure there are just as many rich democrats in this nation as rich republicans.

That was my point, rich folks are of all political persuasions.

Wasn't the bailouts supposed to do that, I vaguely remember the words being used that the bill will loosen funds so that the banks can start loaning again,  and isn't there still a lot of money available in those funds?

It just seems to me that the Dems are pushing bills that have an attractive name but serve no real purpose in an effort to have the repub's stall them, so that they can label the repubs.  It's a big mind game designed to fool those who don't look at the bigger picture.

I think only the clear thinkers see the truth in what is now our government.   Not many of those on here, most are still blinded by the my side vs. their side mentality.

It will be nice when the light bulb finally goes on in those folks head.   Then maybe we can  actually clean this corrupt nation up.

It is never too late to have an awakening of minds.  Of course you have to have a mind that can be woken.   Grin

The fact that so many need to wake up is the problem. Its the sleeping public that got us where we are and when they are not sleeping they are watching some talking head on t.v.

For the most part the opinion of the people is a mirror-image of either a conservative or liberal talking head, too many people fail to use their own experiences to form an opinion on a topic.  If people would form their own opinions then there would be more hatred toward issues then people or parties.

Everything that is going on on the conservative side with the uproar has everything to do with policies and ideas, and so nothing to do with political partys.

Not really. All things i hear being said about obama are the same things that  were said about bush. doom, doom, doom. I would like to see real change not this tea party crap. As a people we all need to get together and decide what we want based on personal experience not on what some overpaid f^*k says.
