Will I be allowed to modify mine to increase performance and improve handling? As long as the modifications do not set off any participants pacemakers, you're good to go.......

You'd be surprized at how many grossly obese people use those things, not because they are paralyzed of otherwise crippled, but simply because they are so fat that they can't walk or stand for extended periods. BUT they can stand up long enuf to walk into the all you can eat buffet.

There are also a lot of people who become obese because they cannot walk or stand for extended periods, rather than vice versa.

Well first of all the midgets were a half hour late! We had our daughter with us because she wanted to see them too. So imagine a 3 and a half year old waiting to see midgets! However, when they finally got there they were cute and we listened to the first song, which their singing was pretty good too, then we left as our daughter was beat by that time. If we didn't have our daughter with us, we would have stayed longer. So over all I'll give them 4 out of 5 stars because of the lateness.
