I Still May Need Help

I don't know if my problem is an individual one or common-- seems when I log on, then logout, the next time I try to get on, a message appears from Orange Host or something like that saying " this server's firewall has blocked your access to this server.................. ...."  and gives my IP address.

Switching to another browser allowed access one time, then the same thing happened- used three browsers and three different computers so far- resorting to a public one at present...............

Trying to get this message to pbal, and/or Profdigal if they can check my log in-- also still if anyone wouldn't mind e-mailing me so I can stay in touch with someone in case this keeps up or if the board in general goes down, I'd hate to lose touch with everybody.
